We want you to be happy with your purchase. If your book arrives damaged or faulty, we will gladly replace it or offer a refund.
Returns & Replacements
You must notify us of any damaged or faulty items within 30 days of receiving your order.
To request a return or replacement, please email hello@mindsinbalance.com.au with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the damaged item and packaging.
If approved, we will provide instructions on how to return or replace your item.
Refunds
If a refund is approved, we will process it via your original payment method. Please allow time for processing, as bank policies may affect the timing of the refund.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Shipping Costs
If your return is due to a damaged or faulty product, we will cover the cost of return shipping.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your return without it.
