We want you to be happy with your purchase. If your book arrives damaged or faulty, we will gladly replace it or offer a refund.

Returns & Replacements

  • You must notify us of any damaged or faulty items within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • To request a return or replacement, please email hello@mindsinbalance.com.au with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the damaged item and packaging.

  • If approved, we will provide instructions on how to return or replace your item.

Refunds

  • If a refund is approved, we will process it via your original payment method. Please allow time for processing, as bank policies may affect the timing of the refund.

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Shipping Costs

  • If your return is due to a damaged or faulty product, we will cover the cost of return shipping.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your return without it.
